How to Prove God Exists

I know many preachers/teachers of the Bible are obsessed with giving us steps to follow. You know like 6 steps to answered prayer, 5 truths to understanding the will of God, or 600 ways for me to steal your money. It is in that spirit that I bring you today's blog post. Only since I am not that good of a preacher I could only come up with one step and it is not even about money.

How to prove God exists in one step: Feed a hungry widow.

This is Hilda, a 76 year old widow living with HIV among other problems. We brought her food and promised to help her get to her doctors appointment next week. She told us that for 76 years she did not know if God existed or not, but that today she knew. She was convinced of God's existence and goodness by our simple act of kindness.

 

So you see if you need to prove God exists to a skeptic then go out and feed a hungry widow woman.
